They were the first Cisco AVVID partner to offer a complete suite of applications designed for Cisco CallManager Express and Cisco CallManager. Solutions The Stonevoice Application Suite (SAS) is the core of all the applications and is a common environment where all system parameters and users are created. All other applications are seen as plug-ins to the SAS. Stonevoice is also able to provide you with maintenance to go with their products. A maintenance agreement is a combination of software updates and technical support and is available in 3 types: Standard, Silver and Gold. Evaluation Software You can download a 15-day full version of the Stonevoice Application Suite either for Cisco's CallManager Express (v3.2.1 or later) or for Cisco's Callmanager (v3.3 or later) from the Stonevoice Website. This also includes Billy, Speedy, Concerto, IVR Manager and Queue Manager.
